Hall & rooms available to hire

We have a number of rooms available for one-off or recurrent hire. Scroll down for more information about all of our available spaces for hire.

General Information
  • Tables and chairs are available for all the rooms. Small tables and chairs, suitable for children, are also available. 
  • A flip chart can be provided upon request. 
  • There are male, female and toilets for the disabled, including a baby change unit.
  • There is wheel-chair access and a lift to the first floor rooms.
  • Wi-Fi access & Limited car parking is available.
  • Charity rates are available upon request.

Rooms are not available to hire on Sundays.

Main Hall

It is ideal for large functions, wedding receptions and family occasions.

Venue Features

The hall comprises a large area with hard flooring and carpeting around the edge.

The room can accommodate 160 seated in rows or 120 people if seated at tables.

Hiring cost:
£19 per hour (weekdays)
£29.50 per hour (weekends)

Room 2

It is suitable for meetings, craft groups, children’s parties, coffee mornings and courses.

Venue Features

This room has hard flooring and can accommodate 40 people seated in rows or 30 people if seated at tables. 

There is access to the kitchen via a hatch.

Hiring cost:
£13 per hour (weekdays)
£15 per hour (weekends)

Kitchen

Venue Features

We have a modern and well-equipped kitchen. In order to maintain its high standard there are guidelines in place for the use of the kitchen.

If used in conjunction with a hired room for tea and coffee-making facilities there is no additional charge.

Hiring cost:
£10.50 per hour

Foyer

Ideal for meetings, coffee mornings or café style events.

Venue Features

The Foyer has hard flooring and direct access to the kitchen and main hall.

There are comfortable chairs and tables ideal for meetings, coffee mornings or café style events.

It can accommodate up to 50 people.

Hiring cost:
£15 per hour (weekdays)
£17 per hour (weekends)

Conference Room

It is perfect for conference style meetings, with smaller rooms ideal for break-out rooms

Venue Features

This room is carpeted with access to the kitchenette. It can accommodate 40 people depending on seating layout.

There are chairs & tables available in the room. There is a wall-mounted screen suitable for watching DVDs or PowerPoint presentations. Toilet facilities on the same floor.

£13 per hour (weekdays)
£15 per hour (weekends)

Meeting Rooms
4 & 5

Ideal for private meetings/interviews or counselling.

Venue Features

Both rooms are carpeted and are ideal for private meetings/interviews or counseling.

The kitchenette and toilet facilities are adjacent to the rooms.

Each room can accommodate 10-12 people.

Hiring cost:
£8.50 per hour (weekdays)
£9.50 per hour (weekends)

Meeting Room 6

Ideal for meetings, private tuition or counselling.

Venue Features

This room is carpeted and ideal for meetings, private tuition or counselling. 

It can accommodate up to 16 people. There is a wall-mounted screen suitable for PowerPoint or internet access.

Hiring cost:

£9.50 per hour (weekdays)
£10.50 per hour (weekends)
